Beginner Ballroom (Merengue, Waltz, Cha-Cha, Foxtrot, Rumba)

Learn the basics of these most popular social ballroom dances. A fun partner activity, social dancing is a wonderful physical activity to develop coordination, posture and poise. Learn the basic steps, dance hold, rhythm, timing & footwork for each of these dances - and look great at your next wedding or dance party event! Course program based on standard Bronze Level 1 figures. No partner necessary!

Ballroom 2 (Waltz, Cha-Cha, Foxtrot, Rumba... intro Swing & Tango)

A continuation from Beginner Ballroom, this program will introduce new elements and figures to help you develop your dance skills. We will also introduce the basic steps and technique for two new dances - Swing and American-Style Tango! Reinforce your dance foundation and build on your understanding and knowledge of social ballroom dancing!

Ballroom 3 (Waltz, Cha-Cha, Foxtrot, Rumba, Swing, Tango ... intro Samba)

With a new focus on technique, posture and footwork, this program aims to refine and develop your dance ability. New figures demanding a greater understanding of technique will be introduced - plus the basics of another exciting ballroom dance - the Samba! No partner necessary!
