Beginner West Coast Swing 1

Smooth, sleek and sophisticated - West Coast Swing is the "must know" dance for anyone who loves pop, soul, funk, top 40 or rhythm n blues! Danced on a wide variety of music, this versatile dance can be slow and sexy with lots of improvisation - or sharp and spectacular with dramatic spins and breaks. Learn the basics in this introductory session - including the fundamentals that will allow you to easily pick up new patterns. Register alone - or save $$ when you register with a partner before the deadline date!

A continuation from Beginner West Coast Swing, this session is designed to reinforce and build on strong basics. Learn more about musicality and technique as you get introduced to more advanced figures and "cool moves"!
