Beginner Argentine Tango... the first step!

Take the first step - and discover the world of tango!! This beginner session will introduce you to the posture, culture, basic steps and elements of this beautiful and passionate dance! Register alone - or save $$ when you register with a partner before the deadline date!

 

Spring Session: Apr 19 - June 21, 2012
Thursdays 7:30pm-8:30pm
at Dance Conmigo (3655 St-Laurent, #207)

Cost:
$100/person if registered and paid by April 10th, 2012
$180/couple if registered and paid by April 10th, 2012
after April 10th : $120 per individual (course time and availability not guaranteed)
drop-in or "trial class" rate: $15/class.

Tango 2

This course will help you refine and develop the basic elements learned in Level 1 as well as expand your tango vocabulary with important new patterns and figures. New emphasis will be placed on connection, musicality and floor craft. Register alone - or register with a partner before the deadline and save $$!

Tango 3

Tango 3 will reinforce many of the ideas presented in tango 2 (Ochos, Molinetes, Ganchos, Barridas) and will introduce exciting new elements such as Volcadas and Calecita as well as various Sacadas and Decorations. New emphasis will be placed on improvisation so that the dancers can feel more at ease navigating the dance floor. Register alone - or save $$ when you register with a partner before the deadline date!
